If you are constantly focusing on the fact that you can't sleep, or you are constantly telling people that you don't sleep, then this issue is being subconsciously implanted in your brain. Try to turn this around by proclaiming that you will sleep well and get a good night's sleep before you go to bed. Positive thinking has been proven to produce results. So instead of complaining about your lack of sleep, start proclaiming that you sleep great.
